| What do I need to use KeyCustomers? |
 | You need:
- Printer's Plan 2000 Version 1.5 or later.
- An Internet connection, such as DSL, always on.
- A static (fixed) Internet IP address.
- Windows operating system: NT, 2000 or XP.
- Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS), which comes free with the operating system. Recommended version: 5 or later. Be sure to download the latest security patches for IIS:

| How do I add KeyCustomers to my website? |
 | You simply add a link on any page on your website. Here is an example:
http://mail.printersplan.com/KeyCustomers, where "mail.printersplan.com" is the IP address of your "KeyCustomer Server" computer.
If you don't have a website, you simply email the link to your key customers.
